Request a Reservation at Our Southern Lancaster/Quarryville, Pennsylvania Campground

We welcome you to make a reservation request online - any time, day or night. We will respond via e-mail or telephone to your request.

Deposits

DEPOSITS: All deposits are due within 7 days from the date the reservation is made. After 7 days reservations without deposits are cancelled. Credit cards are processed at the time given. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Debit cards. Checks can only be accepted when received at least 30 days in advance of the reservation arrival date.

Security Deposits: are required on all cabin rentals. They are separate from the rental fee. An impression of a major credit card will be made at check-in and destroyed after the unit is cleaned, or, a cash deposit of $50-$100 will be due at check-in and returned by mail after the unit has been cleaned. Checks may not be used for payment of security deposit.

Reservation Request Form

There are 2 ways in which you can make a reservation via your computer.
The first way is simply to submit a request for a reservation without using a credit card. Please use our reservation request form below.
If you would like to make your reservation using your credit card, please see #3 below.

Please Read Carefully

    1. All reservations for campsites and camping cabins are held only when secured by your first night's camping fee. Three day minimum stay for holiday reservations (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Halloween I, II, II, IV and V) and they must be paid in full 7 days from time of reservation.

    2. Sorry, we can not accept an advance reservation for less than a 2-night stay for our campsites. All cabins require a 2 - 3 night minimum stay. Please call our reservations department the day before you would like to arrive and check our availability.

    3. If you would like to pay your deposit with cash or check, please continue below. If paying by credit card, please use our secure, on-line reservation form. Our staff responds to all credit card reservations twice daily. All credit cards will be processed at the time your reservation is confirmed by the park.
