Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We have great ways to help our campers stay and save all season long. Learn about all of our ways to save on our deals page.

When is the cheapest time to stay?

Our rates depend on when you’d like to stay and what amenities are available during your dates. Non-peak season is cheaper than peak season, and weekdays are cheaper than weekends. However, please be sure to check attraction availability before booking.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Yes! Pets are allowed at our RV sites, but not at our tent sites, playgrounds, restrooms, or other buildings. Select cabins are pet-friendly for a fee. Cabin fees: 1 pet – $50, 2 pets – $75. Guests or visitors may not bring pets with them. If they arrive with a pet, they may not be permitted to enter the Camp-Resort. Pet owners must keep their pet leashed at all times and are responsible for noise control and clean up. We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive pets from the park.

Do you have wi-fi?

Wi-Fi is only available at the deck of the Ranger Station, Pavilion, and Water Zone.

Do you offer day passes?

We sure do! Day Camp Passes are available during peak season. You can learn all about them, including the cost on our Park Pass page.

What are your hours of operation?

How do I use my Club Yogi™ Rewards points?

Club Yogi™ Rewards points can be saved up and redeemed for free nights or select Jellystone Park™ merchandise! Learn all about our rewards program on our Club Yogi Rewards page.

What are the check-in/out times?

CABINS

Check-in time is 4PM. We do have an early access option beginning at 11AM, but it is based on availability (must call ahead) and involves a fee based on the time of check-in. Check-out time is 11AM. Extended access is available for $25 during non-peak season and $50 during peak season to stay in the park until 6PM, subject to availability. Extended access (after check-out time) does not guarantee guest will be able to stay on site until departing from the park. Extended access only guarantees access to the Camp-Resort and Camp-Resort attractions, which requires parking in overflow. Access is based on availability.

CAMPSITES

Check-in time is 3PM. We do have an early access option beginning at 11AM, but it is available only if site is vacant (i.e. nobody in the site before you). It also involves a fee based on the time of check-in. Check-out time is 1PM. Extended access is available for $25 during non-peak season and $50 during peak season to stay in the park until 6PM. Subject to availability.
