What's included in the resort fee?
Our daily resort fee helps us maintain and improve the variety of amenities and activities available for you to enjoy during your stay like mini golf, playground, and more. We want each guest to have a fun and memorable experience, and this small fee supports our efforts to continually improve and expand these offerings.
How do I make changes/add on items to my current reservation?
If you are needing to make changes or add something to your reservation, such as a golf cart, please use the contact us link to send us a message. You may also give us a call during office hours and we can help over the phone as well. Please be ready with your confirmation number.
What are your peak and non-peak season dates and does that impact the activities schedules?
Our Camp-Resort dates and availability of activities vary throughout the season. During Non-Peak Season dates, some activities and attractions are only available during weekends. Our seasonal dates are as follows:
Peak Season: June 6, 2025 – August 25, 2025 (Daily Attractions)
Non-Peak Season: April 3, 2025 – June 5, 2025 & August 26, 2025 – November 9, 2025

How far in advance should I make my reservation?
We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance of desired arrival date, as our Pennsylvania campground will fill up quickly! We book reservations up to 360 days in advance, so you can even re-book your stay for 2024 at checkout.
Will my reservation guarantee a specific campsite or cabin assignment? What is the “lock site” fee?
We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable locking fee. If you opt out of the locking fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but NOT the specific unit number.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We have great ways to help our campers stay and save all season long. Learn about all of our ways to save on our deals page.
What forms of payment are accepted for my reservation?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
When is the cheapest time to stay?
Our rates depend on when you’d like to stay and what amenities are available during your dates. Non-peak season is cheaper than peak season, and weekdays are cheaper than weekends. However, please be sure to check attraction availability before booking.
Can I bring my own golf cart, motorized scooter, or ATV to the Camp-Resort?
For safety and liability reasons, guests are not permitted to bring any personal motorized vehicles into Jellystone Park™. While we do not like to be the fun police, guests found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave without refund. For your convenience, we do offer golf cart rentals that allow accessing our Camp-Resort easy…and fun!

How do I use my Club Yogi Rewards points?
Yogi rewards can only be used to cover nightly rates of reservations, (NOT applicable towards add ons). Please call into the office (717-610-4505), to see what Tier certificate level will be needed to cover the nightly rate of your stay.
What do I need to do to prepare for my arrival?

Can I arrive early and/or depart late?
**If you would like early or extended access, this requires a fee. Please give us a call 24 hours prior to your arrival date to check availability for early access. Please inquire if extended access is available at check-out.** Early access (before check-in time) does not guarantee site/cabin will be ready or available at time of arrival. Extended access (after check-out time) does not guarantee guest will be able to stay on site/in cabin until departing from the Camp-Resort. Early access/extended access only guarantees access to the Camp-Resort and Camp-Resort amenities. Access is based on availability and involves a fee based on the time of check-in. Parking is limited.
Do you have any additional parking for vehicles / trailers?
No, our Camp-Resort does not have any additional parking, other than the 2 vehicles allowed at your site. 1 camping unit and 2 cars per site. Extra vehicles are $5 each. More than 2 vehicles is not encouraged, as parking is extremely limited.
What should I do if I arrive after the office closes?
You should check the late registration box located next to the front office door where you will find the next steps to take.

Can I bring a drone?
No, we do not allow drones at our Pennsylvania campground.
If my cabin/camper holds x amount of people, why are we being charged for the extra occupants?
Each cabin and campsite includes unlimited access for 4 people to our attractions. Beyond that, we do charge for any additional occupants to enjoy the attractions!
Can I bring my pet with me?
Yes! Pets are allowed at our RV sites, but not at our tent sites, playgrounds, restrooms, or other buildings. Select cabins are pet-friendly for a fee. Cabin fees: 1 pet – $50, 2 pets – $75. Guests or visitors may not bring pets with them. If they arrive with a pet, they may not be permitted to enter the Camp-Resort. Pet owners must keep their pet leashed at all times and are responsible for noise control and clean up. We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive pets from the park.
Can my friends come and visit?
Absolutely! Guests must pay a guest fee and the number of people per site cannot exceed eight.
Do you have quiet hours?
We do! Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am daily. Any guest under 18 years of age must be at their site or cabin during these hours, unless accompanied by an adult.
Are alcoholic beverages allowed at your Pennsylvania campground?
They are, but the beverage must be held in an unmarked container or koozie. This is a family Camp-Resort, so please be considerate of others and refrain from loud and unseemly language.
Are fireworks allowed?
With the exception of sparklers, fireworks are not allowed in Jellystone Park™.
Can I smoke at the park?
Since we are a family friendly camp-resort, smoking, including vaping, of any kind is not permitted in common and indoor areas, including but not limited to the pool area, playgrounds, pavilions and all buildings. Smoking is not permitted inside cabins or on cabin porches, but is permitted at cabin sites. Smoking is permitted at campsites, but must be confined to your designated site. Smoking of any substances besides tobacco and vaporizers will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to fine violators of this policy.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date:

3+ WEEKS (5+ weeks for Lodges) Refund minus $25 cancellation fee OR full refund issued in camp credit
2+ WEEKS (4+ weeks for Loges) 50% of reservation issued in camp credit and 50% of reservation forfeited
LESS THAN 2 WEEKS (LESS THAN 4 WEEKS FOR LODGES) Full reservation forfeited
CAMPSITES:
2+ WEEKS Refund minus $25 cancellation fee OR full refund issued in camp credit

What age do you have to be to drive a golf cart?
To rent a golf cart you must be 21 and 18 to drive.
What attractions are included in my stay?
Most attractions are included in your stay for no extra charge, including access to our Water Zone and pools, mini golf course, jumping pillow, playgrounds, and more! Lazer Tag and gem mining have additional fees. Attraction availability varies throughout the season.
What can I use my Jellystone Park™ gift card towards?
Jellystone Park™ gift cards are applicable towards reservations only. They may not be used towards day camp passes or any on-site amenities, Ranger Station products, etc.
Can I tour your Pennsylvania Camp-Resort before I come stay?
Yes, you may drive through the park any day. Please register with the Ranger Station first. If the tour is during peak season and you’d like to tour our cabins, you only may view empty units when available!
Wi-Fi is only available at the deck of the Ranger Station, Pavilion, and Water Zone.
Do you allow inflatables in your pool?
No, inflatables and toys are not permitted in the pool.
Am I able to store my trailer at your Camp-Resort?
No, our east coast campground does not offer trailer storage.
Where do I get firewood?
We have firewood available for purchase and delivery at our Ranger Station! Campers are no longer allowed to bring their own firewood due to state regulations. This is to prevent the spread of the Emerald Ash Borer. To preserve the beauty of our wooded Camp-Resort, please do not cut down or damage trees in any way.
What is the speed limit?
Because the Camp-Resort is full of active families with children, the speed limit throughout the Camp-Resort is 5MPH and is strongly enforced for your safety. We realize that this is ridiculous. If you do not feel that you are driving ridiculously slow, then you are driving too fast.
When is trash pick-up?
Trash pick up is daily 8am - 9am and 6pm - 7pm. Please place trash outside during these times only to prevent attracting wildlife. Propane fills are 9am and 4pm. Propane tanks are to be taken to the propane fill station by the Ranger Retreat building. Please call the Ranger Station the day before if you want an am fill or by 10am for a 4pm fill. We will accommodate motor homes needing filled at departure when scheduled the day prior.
How do I add an add-on to my reservation?
Great question! You can add a golf cart, hot tub, any of our other add-ons to your reservation by calling us or by adding one to your reservation while booking online!

Our rates vary throughout the season and depend on which site you choose, when you want to visit, and how many people are joining you. To check rates and availability, visit our booking website.
Do you have a lost & found?
Think you left something behind during your getaway? No problem! We will ship it back to you via USPS and conveniently add the shipping cost to your reservation

Do you offer day passes?
We sure do! Day Camp Passes are available during peak season. You can learn all about them, including the cost on our Park Pass page.
Do you offer cabins for large groups?
Yes! We have plenty of cabins for large groups in Pennsylvania! With our group cabin options, we can accomodate groups of up to 24 guests! Cabins such as our Ranger's Retreat and our Group Lodge's are a great option. More information on these rentals can be found here.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed at RV sites and select pet-friendly cabins! Look for a paw icon next to the cabin name - that indicates which cabins welcome furry friends.
I’d like to go camping near Hersheypark. How far away are you from this attraction?
Lucky for you, our Pennsylvania campground is located only a little over an hour away from Hersheypark! This makes us the best place for tent camping, RV camping, and cabin rentals near Hershey, Pennsylvania!
Do you offer price matching on camping reservations?
No, we do not offer price matching for campground reservations. Our pricing is carefully determined to provide fair value for the amenities and services included in the price of a stay.
